INGREDIENTS
  • - 1 kg of pear
  • - 1 teaspoon of rice flour
  • - 75 g of dark chocolate
  • - 120 g flour
  • - 60 g of sugar
  • - 3 cardamom pods
  • - 60 g of butter
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cover with chocolate and cardamom:
    Whisk together 75 g of dark chocolate into small pieces, 120 g of flour, 60 of sugar, the seeds of 3 cardamom pods. Add 60 g of cold butter into small pieces and blend briefly to incorporate. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to use
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  3. Peel the pears and cut them into pieces about 3 cm per side. Distribute these pieces in a large low baking dish, covered with parchment paper, and sprinkle with rice flour to absorb excess moisture.
  4. Sprinkle the fruit evenly with the chocolate coating previously prepared and bake for 25 minutes.
