INGREDIENTS

- For the filling:
- - 500 g of plums
- - 50 g sugar
- - 20 g of butter
- - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cover with paper baking a cake pan with a diameter of 24 cm. Sprinkle with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar.
- Halve the plums, remove the stones and distribute them in the mold well aligned with the cut side facing down.
- Then prepare the dough in a mixing bowl just melted butter with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add, little by little, the previously beaten eggs and finally the flour and starch mixed with yeast. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture over the plums and level it carefully. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Let stand 5 to 15 minutes the cake, then carefully turn it upside down on a serving dish. Gently remove the parchment paper and let cool well before serving.
