INGREDIENTS
- - 350 g pitted prunes
- - peel of half an orange and half a lemon bio
- - 1 vanilla bean
- - 1 stick of cinnamon
- - 4 sticks of cardamom
- - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- - 1 glass of apple juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the juice for 2-3 min with spices and sugar, add the prunes and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve the plums in glass cups with juice flavored that will separate from the spices.
