- In addition to the Altri Cereali mix for cakes and biscuits, you need the following ingredients not included in the packet:
- 85g butter
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix 250 g of flour mix with 150 g sugar, 2 eggs and 85 g of butter by hand.
- Roll out the dough and form the cookies with desired shapes and stencils.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for at least 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the biscuits).
