INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the rice flour with corn flour, then mix them with the sugar, the grated peel and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs and knead for 2-3 minutes. At this point add the margarine brought to room temperature and mix again quickly up to make the mixture homogeneous.
- Withdraw with a spatula a bit of the dough at a time and roll to a thickness of about one centimeter. Get then, with the aid of cookies molds with star shape, cookies of different sizes. If you want them to hang, make a hole right away.
