INGREDIENTS
- - 250 g ricotta
- - 2 Golden Delicious apples
- - 50 g of brown sugar
- - 50 g of walnuts
- - 30 g of amaretti biscuits
- - 2 cloves
- - milk
- - cinnamon
- - ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the apples, cut them into 4 pieces, remove the seeds and slice. Arrange them in a saucepan with the sugar and cloves and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes until they are soft.
- Put the ricotta in a food processor along with the crumbled biscuits, add three-quarters of the warmed apples without the cloves; blend thoroughly.
- Spread the cheese cream and apples into 4 dessert bowls. Then whisk the remaining apples with a little milk and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Heat gently just before serving, the cinnamon sauce, and then pour it evenly over the cheese cream using a spoon.
- Complete sprinkling the bowls with chopped kernels and a pinch of ginger powder.
