INGREDIENTS

  • - 3 eggs
  • - 125 g of sugar
  • - 100 g of butter
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • - ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • - Zest of 1 lemon
  • - 1 shot of orange liqueur
  • - 1 egg white
  • - Colored sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Arrange the flour like a fountain and put the bread dough in the center, eggs, sugar, butter, oil, cinnamon, lemon peel and liqueur of your choice.
  2. Begin to mix them gradually with the flour, beating the different ingredients with a fork. Once blended, work the dough for a while vigorously with your hands. At the end beat it several times on the pastry until it will come off in one piece.
  3. Grease one or more pans with high sides at least 10 cm, arrange the dough, it should not exceed 2-3 fingers high, and let rise in a warm place for several hours.
  4. Whip the egg white of an egg, distribute it on the surface of the pizza, sprinkle with decoration granules or comfits and bake at 180-200 ° C for about 1 hour.
