INGREDIENTS
- - 200 grams of blown cereal grains, bio
- - 80 grams of oatmeal, bio
- - 60 grams of raisins, not treated with sulfur dioxide
- - 150 grams of various seeds and nuts (sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, almonds and hazelnuts)
- - 150 grams of rice malt
- - 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- - 2 teaspoons grated peel of citrus
- - A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine together in a bowl all the dry ingredients.
- Meanwhile heat the malt with the oil, a pinch of salt and citrus zest in a small saucepan.
- Pour the still warm malt (but not hot) on the mixture of seeds and grains and mix well.
- Lay it all on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes, making sure that it doesn’t get too dark.
- Remove from oven, stir and possibly bake a few more minutes.
- Let cool.
- Crumble the grain and store it in a jar.
