INGREDIENTS
- - 300g white sweet potatoes
- - 50g toasted hazelnuts
- - 50g dark chocolate
- - 50g hemp seeds
- - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- - 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- - 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse the sweet potatoes with the peel on, place them In a pan, cover them with water and boil them for 20 minutes or until they look soft.
- Thinly process the hazelnuts. Melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler.
- Peel the cooked sweet potatoes, mash them and place them in a bowl, then combine them with the dark chocolate, the minced hazelnuts and the cocoa powder, add some maple syrup if it is not as sweet. Stir to combine
