INGREDIENTS
- - 250g strawberries
- - 150g pulses cous cous
- - 80g raisins
- - 4 tablespoons agave syrup
- - 2 teaspoons agar agar
- - 500ml rice drink
- - Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean the strawberries, remove the stem and slice them thinly.
- In a small saucepan, add the milk, the raisins, the strawberries, the agave syrup, the agar agzar and a pinch of salt. When it reaches the boil, add the cous cous, stir and remove from the stove. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 5 minutes, or until the cous cous absorbs the liquid.
- Level the couscous, layer the surface with a wet spatula, in a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Let the cake cool down in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, decorate with some sliced strawberries.
