INGREDIENTS

  • - 1 apple
  • - 100 g almonds
  • - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • - 0.50 lemon
  • - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare the almond cream. Toast the almonds with the peel in the oven at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Mix them while still warm in a small food processor (or grind them in a mortar) for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth consistence like creamy butter
  2. Grate the apple (not peel it) with a grater with large holes, sprinkle with lemon juice and let it drain for 10 minutes in a colander placed over a bowl
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle with the almond cream. Then sprinkle the brown sugar already mixed with cinnamon and finish with the grated apple. Roll up the dough to form a roll and place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
