Sweet Fruit Cream with Pomegranate and Almonds


INGREDIENTS
  • - 1 kg of fresh apples - renette
  • - 12 dried prunes
  • - 2 tablespoons pomegranate
  • - 1 orange
  • - 1 small piece of cinnamon bark
  • - 1 clove
  • - flaked almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel and slice the apples coarsely and place them in a saucepan. Add the prunes, 6 cloves of orange with a small piece of its bark, clove, cinnamon bark and about 500 ml of water (adjust the amount depending on the density you want to achieve).
  2. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, until the fruit becomes soft. Let cool. Toast the flakes of almond in the oven for a few minutes.
  3. Remove the spices and blend the rest. Spread the puree into cups and sprinkle the surface with the pomegranate seeds and almonds. It is also excellent substituting plums with 500 g of pears. You can pair it with cookies or decorate it with a drizzle of honey or yogurt. To enhance the detoxifying effect and creaminess, while cooking add two tablespoons of powdered KUZO (a root Eastern Europe).
