INGREDIENTS
- - 1 pineapple
- - 1 onion
- - 30 g of agave juice
- - 30 g of sesame oil spicy
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together the onion with the spicy sesame oil and agave syrup
- Peel the pineapple cutting first the tuft and then the bottom. Then place it standing on the cutting board and with a sharp knife remove the peel cutting it from the top down, as when peeled a citrus fruit. Then reduce the fruit first into 8 wedges and then in triangular slices, cover with the sauce and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 6 hours
- Drain the slices after marinating time and arrange decoratively on the dishes.
