Sweet Sour Pineapple Filet

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together the onion with the spicy sesame oil and agave syrup
  2. Peel the pineapple cutting first the tuft and then the bottom. Then place it standing on the cutting board and with a sharp knife remove the peel cutting it from the top down, as when peeled a citrus fruit. Then reduce the fruit first into 8 wedges and then in triangular slices, cover with the sauce and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 6 hours
  3. Drain the slices after marinating time and arrange decoratively on the dishes.
