INGREDIENTS

- - 450g dark chocolate
- - 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- - 150 g candied pears
- Waffles:
- - 2 egg whites
- - 50g icing sugar
- - 30 grams of rice flour Probios
- - 60 grams of chopped almonds
- - 30 g melted Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the cream, bring it to a temperature of 40 °, add the chocolate and agave syrup.
- Mix well by melting the chocolate evenly. Stir in the diced candied pears.
- Pour in a mold and let cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Meanwhile prepare the waffles: lightly beat the egg whites with the icing sugar, add the rice flour and the almonds grounded into flour and finally the melted butter.
- Take a baking sheet with parchment paper and with the help of a spoon, spread the dough getting thin circles and bake at 180 ° for 10 minutes.
