INGREDIENTS
- - 100 g of wheat flour
- - 100 g of white flour
- - 70 g sugar integral
- - 3 tablespoons honey
- - 40 g of potato starch
- - 2 lemons
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- - 125 ml of soy yogurt
- - 80 ml of corn oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Squeeze a lemon and grated zest (if you want a more aromatic, grated zest also another lemon)
- Mix in a bowl the wholemeal flour, the white flour, the starch and brown sugar, only after this add the yeast, soy yogurt, honey, oil, juice and the grated rind of a lemon. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous
- Put the mixture into the loaf pan covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for about thirty minutes.
