INGREDIENTS
- - 150 g Whole Spelt Flour
- - 150 g zucchini
- - 150 g datterini tomatoes
- - 4 pumpkin flowers
- - 2 spoonfuls Sunflower Seeds
- - 1 spoonful Capers
- - 1 spoonful oregano
- - 3 spoonfuls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- - Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the flour with a spoonful of oil and about 100 ml of water until obtaining an elastic consistency. Then incorporate the sunflower seeds and give the mixture a ball shape. Cover and let it rest for at least an hour.
- Roll out the dough to form a circle of 25 centimeters in diameter.
- Evenly grease a heavy-bottomed pan with a piece of kitchen paper soaked in oil. Then arrange the dough disc, cover with a lid and cook, on low heat, 10 minutes for each side.
- Slice the zucchini for a long time and stew them in a covered pan with a little oil, half oregano and a little salt for about 5 minutes. Drain and in the same pot stew for another 5 minutes the tomatoes divided in half and seasoned with the desalted capers and the remaining oil and oregano.
- Peel the pumpkin flowers and open them, without breaking them, forming a sort of festoon.
- Place the zucchini and cherry tomatoes on the hot pizza, alternating them in a decorative way with the pumpkin flowers. Serve immediately.
