Whole Wheat Pasta in Olive Sauce, Broccoli and Onions

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Finely chop the onions and the garlic along with chili pepper. Chop the sage and divide the black olives into 4 pieces. Gather these ingredients in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt lightly, cover and saute in low-mid heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Peel the broccoli, cut it into florets and boil for 10 minutes in salted water. Drain with a slotted spoon transfer them immediately into the pan with the onions; continue cooking for about ten minutes.
  3. Boil the pasta in the cooking water of the broccoli, drain not too dry, mix in the pan with the vegetables and serve.
