INGREDIENTS
- - 320 g of penne Rice & Rice
- - 800 grams of broccoli
- - 80 g black olives Il Nutrimento
- - 2 white onions
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 1 red pepper
- - 20 leaves of sage
- - Extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento
- - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop the onions and the garlic along with chili pepper. Chop the sage and divide the black olives into 4 pieces. Gather these ingredients in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt lightly, cover and saute in low-mid heat for 15 minutes.
- Peel the broccoli, cut it into florets and boil for 10 minutes in salted water. Drain with a slotted spoon transfer them immediately into the pan with the onions; continue cooking for about ten minutes.
- Boil the pasta in the cooking water of the broccoli, drain not too dry, mix in the pan with the vegetables and serve.
