INGREDIENTS
- -500g mushrooms
- -250g red lentils
- -1 carrot
- -1 onion
- -50g flax seeds
- -1 bay leaf
- -mustard
- -extra virgin olive oil
- -salt
- -pepper
- -garlic powder
- -Soya&Mayo’s ginger and turmeric mayo in tube
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the lentils with salted water and the bay leaf.
- Soak the flax seeds with water for 10 minutes, drain them and process them to obtain a sticky cream.
- Chop the mushrooms and carrot, then bake them for 30 minutes at 160°C. Grind them both.
- In a bowl, combine the ground mushrooms and carrot, the flax seed cream, the minced onion, 1 tablespoon garlic, the drained lentils, 3 tablespoons mustard, 1 tablespoon oil, a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Knead to obtain a thick dough, then separate it into 4 equal servings and create the burger. Cook them on both sides for 10 minutes in total.
- Serve the burgers with some turmeric and ginger mayo and some salad.
