Pie with Cauliflower and Dill

INGREDIENTS
  • - 600 g of cauliflower
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 50 g of cheese
  • - 20 green olives
  • - 3 cloves of garlic
  • - 1 tablespoon dill
  • - 1 glass of milk
  • - Oil
  • - salt
  • - pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook on steam or boil the cauliflower florets for about 10 minutes to make them soft; drain and mash with a fork.
  2. Mince the garlic with olive and brown for a few minutes in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the cauliflower, let it cook for 5 minutes, then add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sprigs of dill, milk and cheese.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper, arange the cauliflower and then cover it with the eggs. Bake at 190 ° C for about 25 minutes. You can serve the cake warm or lukewarm.
