Sandwich with Cheese and Dried Tomatoes

  1. Let the dried tomatoes drip and chop them finely. Coat 2 slices of toast bread with half the tomatoes and the cheese. Cut the olives into thin rings, distribute the remaining tomatoes over the cheese. Add 4 basil leaves. Close with the other slices of bread
  2. Lightly press the bread slices and put them in the toaster. Cut the sandwiches diagonally, garnish with the remaining basil
