Sliced Seitan with Vegan Mayo and Capers

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Thinly slice the seitan and marinate it in a bowl with the oil, the Shoyu and the lemon juice for at least 2 hours.
  2. Mince the capers, combine 2/3 of them to the mayo and stir.
  3. Plate the seitan slices on a single layer, cover them with a thin layer of mayo and decorate with the remaining capers and some thin slices of orange peel.
