INGREDIENTS
- - 350 grams of spinach

- - 2 eggs
- - 2 slices of gluten-free bread in box
- - Milk q.b.
- - Breading corn gluten VivaMais
- - Oil for frying
- - A tuft of rocket to decorate
- - Mayonnaise Rice Rice & Rice
- - 1 jar of corn ready The Nourishment
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the spinach in salted water, chop them coarsely in a bowl and squeeze.
- Let soften the bread in a bowl with milk.
- Add the spinach, egg, Parmesan cheese and wrung out bread.
- Mix together and with the help of a spoon form balls to be passed in the beaten egg, the breading and then fry.
- Garnish with arugula leaves, mayonnaise, corn and tomato.
