INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Boil the spinach in salted water, chop them coarsely in a bowl and squeeze.
  2. Let soften the bread in a bowl with milk.
  3. Add the spinach, egg, Parmesan cheese and wrung out bread.
  4. Mix together and with the help of a spoon form balls to be passed in the beaten egg, the breading and then fry.
  5. Garnish with arugula leaves, mayonnaise, corn and tomato.
