Probios wins America at the Summer Fancy Food Show of New York



From the 26th to the 28th of June, Probios participates at the Summer Fancy Food Show, the biggest event dedicated to food & beverage in America, that reunites more than 46.000 players of the sector. This exclusive showcase on innovation will stage more than 180.000 new products, 25.000 buyers and 2.550 expositors.

The corporation will be part of the OFOM project of Federbio “Organic Food, Organic Mood: safety and good taste for consumers”. Main aim: to promote the awareness of qualitative, nutritional and healthy requirements of the products of the organic agriculture and of the EU system of certification, consolidating and extending consumption in the markets of third countries (such as in the USA, for instance, but also in China and Japan).

It will hence be fundamental to influence positively on the level of information of consumers and in particular, of the agents of the sector, the so-called "decison-makers", in order to consolidate, to incetivate, and to create new market for the European organic products.

Probios will therefore expose its products distributed in America, and the latest news of May 2016. Among them, there will be the vegan ice cream cone, gluten free, the flavored cous cous, the new products of the line with gluten free oat (such as oat and chocolate cookies) and an extension of the products of the line GOvegan, the brand dedicated to the ones who have chosen to be vegan.
For what concerns "Il Nutrimento", on the other hand, productions under its own brand will be presented, such as the pestos made of hemp, in the three versions with basil, with zucchini and curry and with dry tomatoes.
