Girelle with Aromatic Pesto

  • - 1 bowl full of mixed herbs (melissa, thyme, oregano, sage, rosemary)
  • - pine nuts
  • - shelled walnuts
  • - small clove garlic
  • - gomasio
  • - extra virgin olive oil
  • - 500 g of dough for pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Put in a small food processor all the herbs, pine nuts, the walnuts and garlic. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and chop it all for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the gomasio and mix again, adding yet a little oil until you have a thick sauce. Spread the pizza dough into a rectangle that youbrush with the pesto. Roll up the rectangle on itself to form a large cylinder. cut it in about 1 cm thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment pape, bake for 10-15 minutes.
