INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare different types of fruit in pudding molds, such as strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, peach, pear, kiwi, pitted and cut into chunks. Otherwise you can use a fresh fruit salad.
  2. Heat the apple juice with the agar agar and, before it reaches the boil, start to stir vigorously with a whisk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly and continue stirring for 5 minutes to prevent the formation of lumps.
  3. Remove the agar-agar from heat, let cool slightly, and before it cools, pour it into the molds over the fruit and place in refrigerator.
  4. Let cool until the agar remains solid (at least 3 hours). Turn out and submitted decorated with fresh mint leaves.
