INGREDIENTS
- - 4g of agar agar
- - 1l of organic apple juice
- - 200g of organic fruit
- - a sprig of fresh mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare different types of fruit in pudding molds, such as strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, peach, pear, kiwi, pitted and cut into chunks. Otherwise you can use a fresh fruit salad.
- Heat the apple juice with the agar agar and, before it reaches the boil, start to stir vigorously with a whisk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly and continue stirring for 5 minutes to prevent the formation of lumps.
- Remove the agar-agar from heat, let cool slightly, and before it cools, pour it into the molds over the fruit and place in refrigerator.
- Let cool until the agar remains solid (at least 3 hours). Turn out and submitted decorated with fresh mint leaves.
