INGREDIENTS
- - 300 g of hazelnuts
- - 200 grams of rice flour
- - 2 Golden Delicious apples
- - 180 g of acacia or linden honey
- - 2 eggs
- - 90 ml of oil
- - 2 C brown sugar
- - 4 C of powdered cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the apples, cored and cut into pieces.
- Chop the hazelnuts and sugar in a bowl and mix with the rice flour, then add the olive oil and lightly beaten eggs.
- Stir well and add the apples, honey and cinnamon, mix everything thoroughly.
- By hand form balls and flatten slightly and large with your palms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the biscuits giants.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- Once cooked gently remove them from the pan and let cool (in fact when they are hot they are very delicate and may break easily). Keep them in a closed container.
