Purple Smoothie of Blueberries and Blackberries with Pine Nuts

INGREDIENTS
  • - 200 g of blueberries
  • - 200 g of blackberries
  • - 2 peaches
  • - 0.50 lemon
  • - 40 g of pine nuts
  • - 2 tablespoons of acacia honey
  • - 4 tablespoons ice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Grind the pine nuts in a mortar until you get a kind of coarse cream, then stir in the honey.
  2. Peel the peaches, cut into small pieces and spray them immediately with lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
  3. Riunite in blender the blueberries, blackberries, peaches, crushed ice and honey with pine nuts. Blend on full power for one or two minutes to get a smoothie of uniform color. Pour into 4 glasses and decorated, if you like, with other pine nuts or berries.
