INGREDIENTS
- - 320 quinoa penne Altri Cereali
- - 1 avocado
- - basil leaves (about 4 stalks)
- - 50 g of natural tofu Bio in Tavola
- - extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento
- - 20 g of pine nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the avocado and wash the basil leaves.
- Put everything in a blender, along with tofu, pine nuts and olive oil, you add a little at a time, right down to get a creamy pesto.
- Cook the pasta and in the meantime, prepare a few basil leaves and slices of avocado to garnish.
