TOFU WITH ZUCCHINI AND MELISSA



INGREDIENTS



-100 g of tofu
-1 onion
-2 small or 1 large zucchini
-turmeric
-1 handful of leaves of lemon balm and mint
-whole salt extra virgin olive oil
-water
-soy mayonnaise



PREPARATION:



Prepare the vegetables for cooking: Wash the zucchini and check them, peeled the onion. Grated the first with a special tool with large holes and finely chop the second. Sauté both in the pan for 6 minutes with the oil and water. Meanwhile, chop the herbs and mix inthe contents of the pan. Also add the crumbled tofu, salt and turmeric, and cook for another 5 minutes. Let cool and serve on smeared bread with mayonnaise soy.
