INGREDIENTS
- -1 carrot
- -50g of non salty pistachio
- -50g of sugar
- -25g of dark chocolate
- -25g of white chocolate
- -1 spoon of goji berries
- -1 spoon of agar agar
- - vanilla
- - 1 green tea sachet
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring almost to boil half liter of water with sugar and vanilla, add the green tea sachet, and, off the heat, leave it in infusion for about 1-2 minutes withut coloring the liquid too much.
- Mix the agar agar with a little bit of cold water in order to obtain a cream without lumps, then, add it to the infusion and put everything in the heat again, cooking it for about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture in a rectangular basin 15x20cm creating a layer of 1 cm. Once cold, put it in the fridge to harden it for about 2 hours.
- Shell the pistachios and clumsily chop them; slice the carrot in little cubes; chop the dark and white chocolate; finally, if you would like so, crumble the goji berries.
- Turn around the jelly on a chopping board and, with a smooth blade knife, slice it into cubes, place the chopped elements and serve it immediately.
