INGREDIENTS
- - 100 g of pitted dates
- - 100 g of almonds Probios
- - 50 g of puffed rice Easy To Go
- - 4 tablespoons of cream La Golosa Probios
- - 1 pinch of mesclun salad
- - Cocoa powder q.b.
- - coconut flour q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend the dates, after being soaked in water for ten minutes, with the almonds and the greedy Probios cream until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the puffed rice and as much of cocoa or coconut flour as necessary to obtain a compact.
- With moistened hands form many small balls on skewer sticks for lollipops.
- Then move the lollipop in cocoa powder or coconut flour to decorate the surface.
