Marinated Pears with Almonds and White Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Squeeze the lemon and mix in a small bowl the juice with the maple syrup till completely dissolved; at the end add a few drops of extract or a pinch of vanilla powder
  2. Peel the pears and cut them lengthwise into slices about 4-5 mm; helping with a knife remove both seeds that core from the slices being careful not to break them. Keep the stalks for decoration
  3. Sprinkle the pear slices with lemon juice in vanilla keepong them in their cutting order to then facilitate the reconstruction of the fruit. marinate for at least 30 minutes
  4. Chop the white chocolate and melt in a double boiler
  5. Give back the form of the whole fruit directly on the dessert dishes, interspersing the slices with a little almond flour, complete with the stem and pour all over it the melted white chocolate. Serve the dessert immediately or store in refrigerator
