INGREDIENTS
- - 4 Williams pears
- - 50 g white chocolate
- - 50 g almond flour
- - 1 lemon
- - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- - vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
- Squeeze the lemon and mix in a small bowl the juice with the maple syrup till completely dissolved; at the end add a few drops of extract or a pinch of vanilla powder
- Peel the pears and cut them lengthwise into slices about 4-5 mm; helping with a knife remove both seeds that core from the slices being careful not to break them. Keep the stalks for decoration
- Sprinkle the pear slices with lemon juice in vanilla keepong them in their cutting order to then facilitate the reconstruction of the fruit. marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Chop the white chocolate and melt in a double boiler
- Give back the form of the whole fruit directly on the dessert dishes, interspersing the slices with a little almond flour, complete with the stem and pour all over it the melted white chocolate. Serve the dessert immediately or store in refrigerator
