  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff in the eletric kneader at full speed, slowly adding the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture is well mounted.
  2. Separately, mix 250g of flour mix Rice & Rice with baking powder and vanilla powder and add them slowly to the mixture whipped.
  3. Mix gently into the mixer at low speed.
  4. Very slowly add the warm melted butter and pour the batter into a cake pan with a diameter of 30 cm previously buttered.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 190 ° C for 40-50 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
