INGREDIENTS

- - 100 g butter

- - Vanilla powder 2 g
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat the egg whites until stiff in the eletric kneader at full speed, slowly adding the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture is well mounted.
- Separately, mix 250g of flour mix Rice & Rice with baking powder and vanilla powder and add them slowly to the mixture whipped.
- Mix gently into the mixer at low speed.
