INGREDIENTS
- -4 ripe bananas
- -juice of 1 lemon
- -dark chocolate shavings for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the bananas and cut into slices.
- Arrange on a platter, moisten with lemon juice and place in freezer to freeze.
- When they are ready, transfer them into the bowl of a mixer and blend to a smooth cream.
Serve immediately in bowls or cups, filling with chocolate flakes.
