Banana Icecream


INGREDIENTS
  • -4 ripe bananas
  • -juice of 1 lemon
  • -dark chocolate shavings for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel the bananas and cut into slices.
  2. Arrange on a platter, moisten with lemon juice and place in freezer to freeze.
  3. When they are ready, transfer them into the bowl of a mixer and blend to a smooth cream.
    Serve immediately in bowls or cups, filling with chocolate flakes.
